Background

Bio:

Isla Fairhaven is a human female barely past childhood which she is grateful to leave behind. Isla was raised in the convent of the Sisters of Light, which is part nunnery part barrack part school. Though transitionally not an orphanage Isla was delivered to the monastery by a fellow Sister when she was still a baby. The village where Isla was found, Fairhaven, was in flames when the traveling Sister, Sel come across Isla. Seeing smoke in the distance Sel set out to investigate. Like all the Sisters she knew no fear and the Sisterhood were sworn to defend the weak. As she was sneaking from house to house she heard the cries of an infant from inside a house about to be put to torch. Being of the fighting wing of the Sisterhood Sel descended upon the remaining raiders with a zealous fury the likes of which the bandits had never seen. Blows from Sel’s fighting staff rained down upon the bandits and those that were not maimed quickly fled.

Although Ilsa could only officially take her vows a year ago at the age of 16, she was raised and had always trained in the monastery. Following in Sel’s footstep Isla has dedicated herself to become a warrior-priestess. Being raised in such a harsh and disciplined environment and essentially her not having a childhood it has left Isla quite a poor dinner companion.

Having officially completed her first year of her training with the Sisterhood of Light and passing her trails she has been deemed worthy to fulfill more practical applications and assignments given to her from the governing Matricarchs. Isla is to set out into the world, begin shine the Light in the Darkness, uphold the Sisterhood’s justice by punishing the Wicked, and smiting Evil where she find it.
